We strongly urge you to reserve early! During summer months, rooms and tours are often filled far in advance.
Rates    

Individual Rooms

Beach Room:
 $110/night, sgl/dbl
Creekside Room:
 $100/night, sgl/dbl
Both Rooms:
$190/night

This rate includes transport to/from downtown ferry terminal or airport; continental breakfast; towel change every-other day; use of laundry and bikes; and, of course, the fantastic views and setting.

Personal check, VISA, and Mastercard accepted.
10% sales/bed tax will be added to all rates. Rates are subject to change. Off-season rates are available

  

Vacation Rental Rates

For budget-conscious small-group travel
(up to four people):

3-6 nights:
 $175/night
7 or more nights:
 $160/night

This rate includes entire guest space; arrival/departure transport, use of laundry and bikes; and, of course, the fantastic views and setting. Bed linen and towel change is responsibility of guests.

Policies

  • Two-night (consecutive) minimum stay
  • Guest house rate automatically applies for bookings of four, or more, nights in both rooms.
  • Reservations must be guaranteed within 10 days by a deposit equal to 50% of lodging total. Final payment is due 30 days prior to reserved dates. Personal check, VISA and Mastercard accepted.
  • For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the reservation date, half of the required deposit will be refunded. For cancellations within 30 days of reserved dates, the all payments will be retained. Reservations made for dates within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full. Please e-mail us for more details.
  • Balance must be paid by check or credit card 30 days prior to reserved date.
  • Children over 12 are welcome.
  • Smoke-, pet-, and candle-free
  • Transport to B&B by prior arrangement
